Your details and how we use them
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Fidelstine Nigeria Limited, with offices at Km 5 Refinery Road, by Edo Guest House, Ekpan, Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria and 156 King Edwards Road, Swansea, SA1 4LW, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number and company name, together with what you tell us about your enquiry (for example an event date, number of guests or dietary needs). We also record the date and time you sent it.
To protect the form from abuse we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address for a short time. It cannot be turned back into the address.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide what you asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you ask for a quote or service, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who can see it
Your enquiry is stored securely by Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and is seen only by the Fidelstine team. If we send you an email, it passes through our email provider. These companies act on our instructions and may store data outside the UK under recognised safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless they become part of an order or contract that we must keep for longer for accounting or legal reasons.
Visitor numbers
To see which pages are useful, the website counts page views. Each view adds one to a daily total for that page, together with the country (worked out by our host from your connection, not stored with anything else), the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and, if you followed a link, the name of the website you came from. No cookies are used for this and nothing is kept that could identify you.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to accept. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie used by our own staff.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
